The key to our success has been our ability to identify with the needs of our clients and to make the proper assessment of candidates. At Egan & Associates, we pride ourselves in our ability to provide quality service to our clients on a timely, professional, and personal basis. Our approach combines a one-on-one, consultant to client relationship with our well-defined and proven search methodology. We meet face-to-face with our clients to ensure that we have a proper understanding of the skills required for the position. The time spent with our clients also enables us to make the correct assessments of candidates on criteria relating to personality factors, technical skills, and leadership capability.
